London Life // An evening at PAD London with Nicky

Last night Nicky enjoyed one of London’s design highlights of the year, PAD London. Set in the heart of Mayfair, Berkeley Square, the internationally acclaimed fair for art and design returned for it’s 11th edition.

This year’s fair brings together sixty-seven leading galleries showcasing masterpieces across disciplines and periods encompassing contemporary, modern and historical design, and it really does make you re-think your Christmas wish list.

Above Jacques Lacoste’s stand continues to present some of the most beautiful designs by Jean Royere, Serge Mouille, Andre Borderie, Jean Besnard, Charlotte Perriand and Maxin Grand.

The award for the best piece of 20th Century Design went to this Lounge Chair (above left) from 1949 by Jose Zanine Caldas (1919-2001) presented by Galerie Le Beau from Brussels.
